Please Note: There are two voting youth delegates and two alternate youth voting delegates from each district. Voting youth are able to vote and have voice on all matters before the Annual Conference except clergy business. Alternates take the place of voting youth if they are absent from the conference floor. All other youth selected to attend annual Conference will be youth delegates seated within the bar of the conference with the privilege of voice without vote.
